bloody iris

I have a chicken who appears to have blood around her pupil in her iris (not on the whites of her eye). She's eating and drinking, normal poop, not limping or anything. It doesn't look swollen or pussy. I'm wondering if it's just a burst blood vessel, but my internet searches aren't giving me any more information. I would post a picture, but I couldn't get a good one. Should I not be too worried at this point?

Could she have been pecked in the eye, or poked by a loose wire? If she does not seem effected otherwise at this point keep an eye on her for eye discharge. No need to treat unless it appears to be causing pain, effecting her ability to be a chicken or shows sign of infection.
