Bloody Poop: Intestinal Lining or coccidiosis

I am not sure which one of my 10 dropped this. Everyone is acting normal. I’m going to do some serious watching to figure out who. However, I’ve read about shedding intestinal lining, could this be that or should I start treating for coccidiosis?

If I were you, I'd get all of them started on Corid right away. Ensure waterers and feeders are feces free. Keep everything as dry as possible.

I would agree with Dawg53 that it may be from coccidiosis. That appears more like blood than intestinal shed. Treat all chickens with 2 tsp of the liquid Corid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days.

So physically give them each liquid by mouth? Liquid can’t go in water?
