My 5 week old chicks have had on and off bloody poops the last few days but more so the last 2 mornings. Not sure if it is all of them but it is several poops in am. They seem to be acting normal but after much research seems I should go ahead and treat as I am new to all this! I just bought Corrid powder and wanted to confirm with anyone before I give it. 1 tsp powder to 1 gallon water? Do I not change the water again today or just make another mixture if I do? Thanks!
On a side note, do they need the grit yet if they are still in garage on pine chips only on chick feed and the occassional fly or bug going by. Thanks!

1.5 teaspoon per gallon of water. Or so I've been told. I'd go with 1 to be safe.
