we have 6 week old chicks. 5 are brown egg layers. 3 are bantams. The 5 were treated for merricks before shipped. We use chuck starter as well as mix in medicated starter. In cleaning their coop today we noticed what looked like dried up blood. I’m reading scary stuff but also posts that it could be lining. If it’s Coccidia (unsure spelling) I want to start treating but not sure if it is or not. Advice please?

Post pics of both chicks and poop. Watch them and see if they are still active and normal. Also check that they are eating/drinking normally. If it's one isolated poop it may just be shed intestinal lining. If it continues or more than one is doing it then it would be good to start them on corid. If you post what type you get liquid/powder we can help you with dosing

We had rinsed off the poop but I’ll upload a pic of the residue plus one food at bottom of coop. I also posted some pics of them. They are all still pretty active and eating and drinking. I know there are duplicate pics but was rushing

If it were me, I would go ahead and give them a round of Corid in their water. It certainly will not hurt them. Dosage is 1.5 tsp of the powder Corid or 2 tsp (10 ml) of the liquid Corid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Make sure they drink the medicated water. You have a nice mix of pullets.
