Bloody poop

How are they now?
From what I can tell the poop is clear. I do see occasional red spots. I’m hoping this is just shedding. But I was curious about the coccidiosis. Is there a chance the symptoms could reappear or is this something they are immune to after contracting the first time?

Current photos of the poop would be good.

Coccidia are found in the soil and in poop. Chickens can build resistance to the strains found in their environment, but they can still have an overload - birds that are weak, have an underlying illness or condition, that are wormy and/or kept in poor conditions can experience an overload even after they have recovered.
