Bloody Poop?

Worried chick momma here. I just picked up 8 baby chicks yesterday. 2 are 2 weeks old, the rest are 1 week old. Someone is producing the poop in the pictures. Is this normal?? Help appreciated!

Looks like intestinal shed but, I'm no pro.

It does look like intestinal shed, but it’s a good amount of it. I’d do Corid.
