Bloody stool? I need help.

I just came out to check on my almost 2 week old Cornish Rock chicks and noticed what I thought was bloody stool. Should I treat for cocci? None of them appear to have it but I also don't know how to treat it, so help on that is also appreciated. Here is the picture. Note there were a few other poops like this one.

And sorry for the mess, I cleaned it out yesterday and am about to clean it again.

If you see more of this orange pink mucus which may be some intestinal irritation, I would get Corid and use the maximum treatment dose. That is 2 tsp (10 ml) of the liquid Corid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Signs of coccidiosis are runny poops, lethargy, weakness, standing hunched or puffed up, and ruffled feathers.
