Bloody stool

Help! I just went in to coop to lock it up and my 13 week old Rooster is pooping blood!! What do I do????

Picture would help ... From what you're describing it's probable Coccidiosis and best to treat all. You need to go to the feed store, get som Corid 9.6%, 2tsp to a gallon of water for 7 days. The whole flock can drink it no harm.
 
a pic pls? it can be intestional shed depending on the color of the blood. but it can be what is also said here:

I did go first thing and got the Corid. He is sleeping alot is that normal with the Coccidiosis?
