Like you brokk I am having the same problem, I have kept chickens for 10 years and never come across this problem before, this is a new batch of birds and they are 9 months old, all laying but every now and then there is an egg with blood on but it will be a few days before I find a bird dead, her vent is wide open and has blood all around it,so if anyone has any ideas I would surely appreciate them
