Blow down Coop

OK so my coop has 250,00 that i work in just a question. a doctor form another big egg farm said we cant blow down the coop with backpack blowers.. now i haven't notices a difference with the chickens but he says that the chickens will get sick.. question is how true is this cant see it change where it is hurting them?
