Blue Ameraucana chicks- are they supposed to be yellow?

I got my babies in and not to sound crazy but I didn't expect them to be yellow. When I googled images they were primarily grey.

Has anyone else received yellow chicks and still have them turn out to be grey as adults?

I'm typing blind here, because the text window is not moving so I apologize for any mistakes made.

It's possible they are splash. When breeding blues it's possible to get blue, black and splash offspring.

Thanks- I had to look that up.

I'm slightly disappointed but in the end as long as they are female and lay blue eggs I'll be a happy girl.
