Blue and White Holstein cows-Updated to tell the breeding side

    Okay. In Speckled Hen's post I mentioned Blue and White Holstein cows and some of you wanted to see them so here we go. They are a cross of a Black and White Holstein and a Milking Shorthorn.

    Here is Blue (a Blue and White Holstein):

    I like those! Never knew they existed. Thanks for posting the picture! I am so predictable. I even like blue cows, LOL!

    Actually, NO! Green is my favorite color. I have nothing blue in my house, LOL. I just like LIVE things that are blue.

    Does she produce blueberry milk? HAHA. My son used to think that brown cows made chocolate milk. [​IMG]

    That is really neat! My family in Indiana has regular Holsteins as their dairy herd - so classic and beautiful. The blue is super neat!
