Blue Andalusian male or female?

theyre 8 weeks old... - I know blue andalusians have large combs and wattles but how about the tail feathers? Cockerel? I also heard a different kind of noise and looked over and the BA was on top of another chick

at that age, and that much comb that red... he's a cockerel with no doubts
