Blue Araucana Chick?

These Araucana chicks (from eBay eggs) hatched on 3/16. They are a day old in this picture. I know one is black – is the other one blue? Thanks!

The black one looks like it has a rump... The other one appears dark blue, but I'm going to let the breeders assure you of this. How was your hatch rate?

The black one is a fat little thing - I still hope it's rumpless Out of 12 eggs, 9 developed, 5 looked good the week before hatch, and 2 actually hatched.
