Blue eye Welsummer cross chick

I didn't notice till I took him outside for photo's and noticed he's got pretty blue eyes. Never in my life have I seen a blue eyed chicken! Will they change as he grows? He's a Welsummer Freedom ranger cross

He's only 2.5 weeks old

That is definately NOT a Welsummer and Welsummer chicks don't have blue eyes at maturity. The leg color is wrong and the feather pattern is wrong as well.

Most of the Welsummer chicks I've hatched out from breeders, were either dark brown, yellow and green. I hope that chick's eyes will change color as he grows older.

Looked like a cross of some sort.

Actually, he IS a cross. His parents where Welsummer mother and Freedom ranger father. I should have stated he was a cross to begin with. lol
