Okay, I got two Blue Hamburgs, with my order from Ideal last month. They are now 5 Weeks old. Today I just noticed that they both have different combs! One has a Rose comb like it should, but the other has a single comb?? How can a Hamburg have a single comb?? Is it a different breed then??

The pics came out a tad Dark, but hopefully you can see the difference.

A single comb is a recessive gene, so that just means that two rose comb parents could have carried the recessive gene and by chance, the kid ended up with a single comb.
