blue naked necks near Alabama?

Is there anyone near Mobile, Alabama, who sells blue naked necks? Apparently, they only come in mixed colors from hatcheries, and I am assuming they do not include blues. I have never seen blue in the shipments to my local feed store. Would love to buy chicks or possibly even adult birds if I could find them within say a 4 hour drive.
