What kind of plan to need done for how many birds for instance ?

Most of us don't have plans. We just design it on paper, count up the materials we need, buy or find them and build. So, that's why you usually do not see plans. Go to the main BYC page and click on Coops. Mine(Clutch Hutch) is there with six pages of construction photos, probably the closest you'll come to actual plans on here.

As far as how large, think 4-5 square feet interior space for each standard size chicken.
