Blue splash or Lavender cochin...Roo or Hen?? 5 months old

Here are some picture of my cochin that we are unsure if male or female. 5 months old and no saddle feathers, possible roo.

The bird is a splash. I suspect male but it is difficult to tell with the lack of feathering. It looks like the saddle and tail feathers have been picked out.
