I have two of each: BO, RIR and EE. When should they start to lay eggs? Ive heard different stories. Some say 4 months others say not until 7. Right now they are about 10 weeks old and I was just curious when I should start to see eggs. [IMG]

My RIRs usually started around 21 weeks...Buff Orps were 23 or 24 weeks......never had EEs so can't help with those.....

The RIR and EEs should start around 5-6 months old. The BO will start about a month later then the others. This is also dependent on the bloodlines and how they have been kept.
