Bob white quail eggs not hatching please help

Hey guys first time hatching. Kept quail at 37.5 c and 45 percent humidy for first 19 days then bummed up to 65 percent the last 6 days. No pipping nothing.

Welcome to BYC! Did you calibrate an additional thermometer to keep inside your incubator, to be sure that the temp was correct?
What kind of incubator?
Where did you get the quail eggs, and were they shipped?
And did you candle throughout incubation to check for development?
Please answer these questions so we can help you determine the issue.
I would candle the quail eggs now to see if any are still alive.
