boiling quail eggs

    I want to try to make pickled quail eggs, how long do you boil em for? 5-10 minutes?

    I remember reading that article...don't know why I didn't think of it.

    oh yeah, you san also make butter in a blender or a food processor. I just never done it...I figure the jar is just as easy to clean...and I like to wait until my husband comes home from work...that way he can finish shaking the jar.[​IMG]

    (Also fun for the kids...my little brothers had a race to see who could shake theirs into butter first. We did this with the whipping cream too.)

    I wonder if you could mix the whipping cream with the fresh goat's cream...to extend your butter. might be something to look up

    I put em in for 10 mintues....... but it took me 20-30 minutes to peel them
