To me, no expert, the rounded head looks like hen on the right of the picture and a tom on the left. *Edit, yeh what this lady is said. :) We went by this video this spring and were dead on 9 hens and 7 toms out of 16 this year. They were/are BBB

When requesting ID for sex of turkeys, it is best to post a full side view, a full front view and a shot from behind looking down so the back of the neck and top of the head are visible. Not aimed at you but many post out of focus pics which are of no use at all.

From just the shots from behind, I am not willing to venture a guess.

For the record, my guess was just that.. other views needed for sure.

FWIW I’d guess they’re both girls. Their caruncles don’t seem as developed (from this view it’s hard to judge, though) as the boys’ would be by this age. Plus their heads are both light pink, not red. The boys are also kind of light-colored though, when they’re peaceful (just from my observation). I’d expect you to have heard some little-guy gobbles by now, and I think he would be strutting if “he” was a him. I’m assuming you haven’t noticed gobbling or strutting or you wouldn’t be asking about their sexes. (Though sometimes the Jennie’s will also strut.) The girls are very nice. Look at their beautiful little heads. :love:love:loveAnd they’re so sweet, too.

If you live in a place where very many folks keep turkeys, you can probably talk someone into providing you with a nice jake. I would give you one—a bourbon red, at that—if you were nearby. You’re really better off with more than one girl to keep your boy occupied.
