    I just got the hardcover in the mail last week. The book is fantastic. I'd say it's almost like a textbook for butchering. My husband could not believe it was less than $25.

    I may buy it just to have a (kindle) copy, but this is a book that's really worth owning in hardcover - it's a huge textbook. I love my kindle, but it won't do the book justice.
