Books on Heritage Turkeys

I just started looking into maybe getting some turkeys and there is really little information out there when it comes to Heritage Breeds. Most of the books are just for meat/commercial purposes.

Yes, I agree! Lots of turkey books only talk about the White Broad Breasted turkey... and for eating purposes.

I think I might have found one on amazon. Anyone ever read it before?
