Booted Seramas

Well we might as well start booted here.
I have been playing with breeding my booted for maybe 2 years now. Each breeding is better than the last. I am looking to breed some better feathering. A few hens have feathering up the mid toe but not very good. The 4th and 5th generation I am on is looking pretty good but they are still babies. I will get a few pictures when I can. I have a few bad pictures I will post. Anyone else breeding booted and want to trade secerets?? This is from a roo I have but needs more feathers on mid toes.

How do you get a booted serema? Do you cross it with another breed, like a d'uccle, or is it just a random mutation that you breed from?

Hi there-For me it showed up one day with like 3 little feathers on the shank and I pulled that bird and then a friend had a booted she bred and I put them together and they just kept getting a little better each time. I still have a ways to go maybe around my 10th breeding??lol
