Bought a wine cooler for saving/keeping hatching eggs cool

I got tired of worrying about the eggs I was saving to put in the incubator or under a broody; there was no place in this house cool enough to save them safely. I read someplace on BYC that they are best kept at 50-55 degrees. I bought the perfect solution... a wine cooler. I have it set so that the top is 55 degrees and the bottom is 50 degrees. Wouldn't you know, Anne stuck three bottles of white wine into it. I can't win. It'll hold 17 bottles, but it's only a matter of time before...

It is suppose to be closer to 80% for the holding period.
