I was able to upload more pictures now that I'm by an actual computer [IMG] Both are 4 week old Barred Rocks. Hoping I have 2 pullets... thoughts? Turns out photographing chicks on a windy day with 2 toddlers hanging off me makes for blurry pictures. I can try for better ones if needed.

    "Pepper"
About 50% smaller than "Salty", more defined bars, darkish legs, no obvious reddening of comb or enlargement of wattle.

    "Salty"
My personal favorite; biggest of our whole baby flock, less obvious barring, darkish legs, no apparent reddening of comb or enlargement of wattle

If a few of my Rhode Island Red's turn out to be boys, I can emotionally handle it, but these two are my absolute favorite! Haha! Next up, pictures of my Easter Eggers, whom my children are attached to....
