I noticed that one of our Toms is bow legged. He's 2 1/2 months old Naragansett. I read an older thread, someone else had the same issue. They were advised by a member here @ BYC to give the turkey Vitamin E & Selenium. Does anyone know, if I would give them human grade Vitamin E & Selenium? (I did attempt to find the supplements @ poultry suppliers with no avail)

    Thank you for your help.

I have a turkey that seems almost double jointed. Legs do not splay outward, but it seems that at the knee there is too much range of motion and his "knees" are bigger than the other turkeys. Not a swollen joint, but the bone is bigger. He struggles to get around a bit, but seems ok for now. Vitamins will not help him, it is just the way he is born.... a deformity.
