    Looks like a pullet, here is a pic of my Buff silkie pullet-

    Your pullet looks like a mix between a buff silkie and a partridge silkie, i could be wrong [​IMG] Anyway, i agree with kherokee- silkies are an odd breed, you can never tell if their girl or boy till they crow or lay an egg. My silkies acted and looked just like a roo but turned out to be a hen. [​IMG]
