boy or girl? aqlso white feathers??

Hi,
I have 2 gold laced wyandottes 14 weeks old and 1 has white coloured feathers on its back.is this normal the other one dosnt have it.also when I post the photos can anyone also tell me the gender?

Boy, they sure do look unusual!

I'm honestly not sure why, (perhaps they're mixes?) but I can say that I think both are handsome little cockerels.

they're both mixed breed cockerels, sorry.

they have Wyandotte ancestry, but they're definitely mixed with something else. And both male.
