Boy or girl BO?

I am a noobie. We have 3 chickens (a buff Orpington, australorp, and light brahma) who are just shy of 17 weeks old. As they are 3 different breeds I've not been able to compare them to each other to note differences in development. I ordered them from mypetchicken.com - all were supposed to be pullets.

I swear the buff was crowing this morning (what??!!). Things I've noticed: Elizabeth (the BO) has a much bigger and redder comb than the australorp, I see different feathers along her shoulders and neck, and I see a curl in her tail feather.

So what say you, is Elizabeth a boy or girl?

See the long, pointy, shiny feathers on the neck and back (hackle and saddle feathers)? Those are male feathers.

Yes, I sent pics to mypetchicken.com and they confirmed they thought he was a boy. They refunded my $4.26 which was nice of them

Now looking to rehome him asap.

Anyone near Charlotte, NC who would like a sweet BO rooster named Elizabeth?
