Boy or Girl White Rock?

Please help us!! Hubby thinks this 19-19 1/2 week old White Rock is a rooster....I think pullet. What do you think?

Beautiful. I don't see any tail feathers or sickle feathers, although the comb and wattles are very large and red. I vote pullet. Probably going to lay eggs soon.
