What age? Could be a leghorn pullet getting ready to lay, or it's a cockerel, depends on age.

Edit: If this is the same bird from your previous posts then it is still looking like a cockerel.

Sapphires I think you said? Okay, if this one was born in July then it's not yet three months old. That's a lot of comb and wattles for a bird less than three months old, even a leghorn derivative. You may have another cockerel on your hands here.
