Is this a boy or girl? I was told they were girls but this one doesn’t look like the other 2.

Isa Browns are red sex links. Names can vary based on what hatchery they came from and the parent stock, and some people don't really distinguish differences, just lump them as red sex links, which is accurate also.

Yes, isa are one type of red sex link. When the source is not known, rsl is the appropriate term as the proprietary names, such as isa brown, should only be used for birds of the specific lines used for that proprietary type of red sex link.
