Pullet. Males would be a different color.

I've had two pullets whose long, beautiful tail feathers really freaked me out around this age, even though one was a sex link and I knew she had to be a girl. One of them completely divided this esteemed forum because of her tail! But they didn't have any sign of saddle feathers or pointy hackle feathers or a big comb, and yours doesn't either. That's why I think yours is a pullet too. I hope we're right!
