Boy vs girl

I purchased 3 barred rock from our feed store 2 look alike but then we have this cutie. Feed stores are always 95% pullet but ya know??? I’m asking about the lighter one. Is it a boy?

I wanted only hens. He is adorable and very sweet. Hopefully he will stay that way.
