    My Light Sussex six week old chicks are showing tiny splinter sized spurs . I guess that they are Roo's then ! Darn it !

    Hahaha, no, ALL chickens have spurs. All chicks have tiny little nubs, too. [​IMG]


    At that age the way to sex them is by comb size and brightness.

    At that age, my Lt Sussex roo had little pink wattles, my pullet did not.
