Boys? or Girls? 6 weeks now

    These are the 6 week old sexed pullets I got from meyer Hatchery but I think they may have made coulple mistakes.
    Boys? or Girls? what do you ting

    #1 Here is an EE who is very Questionable

    #3 both Salmon Favvorels I think they are both pullets

    #4 Silver Laced Wyndotte very questionable

    #5 Golden Laced Wyndotte

    #6 Cuckoo Marans Pullet both are Identical

    Henry, you're right, that first EE has a very wide comb for a pullet, but hard to say for sure yet. The SLW is a cockerel, I think. Shouldn't be that much pink in that comb at six weeks old in that breed. Your Salmon Favs are definitely pullets-the roos are completely different-looking.

    hey this is over 90% sexing errors should I call meyer Hatchery and have them send me 3 more? LOL I am an Addict I will just hatch in spring. How old should they be before I proccess them?

    Don't know about the others, but your #2 EE looks exactly like mine... and I sure hope mine's a hen, too!

    smnytx pretty sure she is a hen there are mostly just two birds in question that I think are roo's.

    #1 looks very 'male' but has no waddles so far (that's always my 'give away')
    #4 has comb & waddles
    And I guess you aren't questioning 5 & 6? Those shots are hard for me to tell but they seem to have pronounced combs to me, but perhaps it's the angel.

    well hopfuly its just the angel because I would be realy ticked off if they were cockerals too because they came as sexed pullets I would definatly get a refund or order more chicks. I do I think I will get all favvorels because I am hatching Marans and amerucanas.

    Marans are hens. Way to dark to be roosters. Barring is wrong for a rooster also.
