Hey Hi!
I've had these lovelies for going on three months - I got them when they were all a day old. I'm starting to think one of my Barred Rocks is a cockerel - they're much larger but don't show any signs of aggressions and hasn't started crowing or anything. Looking for a solution because I can't keep him if he is a he - I'll have to rehome him because of city laws! Any help is appreciated!

Yes, that's a cockerel.
You can try with Craigslist or similar websites, also Facebook. Maybe you can ask in your feedstore if tou can post an ad in there, too.

Awe gosh darn, thats what I feared. Thanks for confirming my suspicions! Will look into getting this guy rehomed ASAP.
