Brahma all puffed up

I just acquired a buff laced brahma (like 2 hours ago) and he/she is staying really puffed up. I have attached pics of its droppings as well. It feels very very skinny. Estimated age is roughly 6 weeks. The lady thought it was just puffed up from the cool breeze that was blowing but I'm not so sure. It's eating and drinking. It's crop is HUGE and it has emptied some. The other chickens it has been with are all acting and looking fine. (I bought a total of 5 that had been housed together) We have 65 chickens but I haven't encountered this problem before.

Looks like it's in shock. Give it some feed and water also did it just come from under a heater?

Also if you having nutridrench and grit on hand is a good idea.

No, from what she said they haven't been under heat for awhile now. It's definitely eating and drinking. I do have electrolytes, probiotics, and nutridrench in one of the waterers for an extra boost. I also have grit in a small bowl for them. So maybe just keep a check on it? Should I treat it with anything? No bloody poops that I see.

Exactly give it time. If its that malnutritioned it will take awhile to feel better. I would isolate it for at least 48 hrs if it's around other birds.

Ok, even though the other birds were raised with it? I do have a "sick bay" brooder I can use.

I would just in case could be nothing. Also the stress from the other birds can affect its recovery illness or not. Birds will pick on weaker ones.
