Is there a way to tell if a feather legged chick is a Cochin or a Brahma, or other feather foot? I know silkies have black skin and five toes, but there rest are confusing.

That's a mille fleur d'Uccle!I actually have several. To start: we have four or five like this one. How dark their backs are varies, but they seem to not have the short, roundness that the ones I believe to be Cochin have.View attachment 1738460 View attachment 1738461 View attachment 1738462
That's a mille fleur d'Uccle!
A few others:
1 & 2 I have no idea what this one is. It stands like a D'Uccle, but had no cheek puffs.
Pictures 3 & 4 are a frizzle, but are all frizzle Cochin?
Next, I'm hoping is a porcelain D'Uccle, but I have no idea. Picture 5
I also have a few silkie and several, I assume, Cochin (last two pictures.)View attachment 1738471 View attachment 1738472 View attachment 1738474 View attachment 1738475 View attachment 1738476 View attachment 1738478 View attachment 1738479
Thank you! It has been so very long since I have had chickens. I don't even remember if I ever knew that. Yay! Cochin!Cochins have single combs, and brahmas have pea combs.
I am so excited! I love Cochin and D 'Uccle!I think you are correct. The first one could either be a d'Uccle or a booted bantam, which is basically a d'Uccle but no cheek puffs
