Brakel Chickens?

So what's up? Are these the "rare breed" this person is claiming? It was posted in my local backyard pet chickens group, and I've never heard of a Brakel chicken (but I haven't hear of a whole bunch of other breeds either)
Also, how can this person tell they're roosters? They look too young to tell (at least to my untrained eye)

I've never heard of this type before. Pretty big Combs and a rooster stance on the far right bird, although that could just be right when the picture was taken.

The Brakel is an extremely rare Belgium breed similar to the Campine.
Greenfire Farms hasn’t sold Brakels in a while but if you are able to keep cockerels/cocks where you live you should definitely take them.
