This is our second spring in Southern Utah, my wife and I are both transplants to the area, and have talked abut getting chickens for a few years.

Last week, we babysat some chickens (babies) and some established hens for a neighbor. By Friday, we had a dozen of our own mixed breed chickens in the garage, growing as we watched them.

We are here to learn, as together we have VERY little experience, and we are starting from scratch. Now, it's time to wok on the coop !
