I can tell you that the coop itself is 6x4, and the run goes out an extra 12 feet. On the high side, it's 7' tall, and on the shorter side, it's 5'. We were lucky enough to have lots of scrap, and extra wood laying around. Our biggest expenses were the wire, and and roofing, which is that Tuftex stuff from Lowe's.
The girls were still not interested in leaving the coop today, so I actually put them in the run, and have the coop closed up for a while. They are enjoying the beautiful fall-ish weather, and doing a lot of sand-bathing. Hopefully, they'll get used to going in and out on their own!
