  1. Anyone around heard of this?

    Also known as the Center for Essential Education?
    They offer classes in Homesteading, Woodworking, Traditional Crafts...
    Little too religious for me to want to live there, but looks like it'd be wonderful to visit and learn!

    Not too far a drive from us... between DFW and Waco...


    They have a couple of annual events....

    Looks interesting. I didn't find any particular religious information other than a link to purchase Christian music. By and large Waco does tend to have a somewhat conservative Christian outlook--it is home to Baylor.

    They even have a blueberry havarti! I love me some havarti so I hope if we go I can try that one!!
