Nice website I came across here: http://www.mrbreakfast.com/gift_jars.asp . It has dry jar ingredient recipes for Breakfast, like pancakes & muffins, etc. I'm putting together a gift basket for Christmas adding a few canned homemade syrups, coffee muffins mix, cappuccino loaf mix, all dry mixes sealed in canning jars, with instructions on what wet ingredients to add & cooking directions.... pancakes will also be a nice additive

Edited to Add: If you click at the top on "Recipes" there are even more recipes in different categories.

DBF and I made a double batch for his kids once. We were eating pancakes for a week. Don't be fooled into thinking this is a wimpy amount. The servings are MORE than generous!!
