Breast Meat

I have an order in but I am looking for some chickens that have meaty breast!!!

I just processed cornish
I just ordered some red broilers

but,

I would like to add a dual purpose SR (with a meaty or large breast meat) I will also be ordering dark cornish to mate with it later!

I am considering: SS, WR, Light Brahmas, SF

Good luck, but you'll be hard pressed to get a double breasted bird off of any "dual" bird. Have fun doing your own breedings! I'll get into that some day when I have more time to be near my flock.

Perhaps you can go with your normal birds and supplement their food with crushed up protein bars and see about getting a tiny little bow flex home gym thing to put in the coop with them?

Guinea tastes better than chicken. It is succulent and elegant dining when properly roasted.

Goose is all dark meat - rich like beef.
