So I acquired my first chicks about a month and a half ago, at the same time ordering hatching eggs somewhere along the way I have no clue what kinds of chickens.. I got them from someone local... I think he said americanas but they all look so different .. as for sex I'm pretty positive there's 1 roo..

And one of them all together

The 2 darker black ones are significantly smaller than the first two pictured, but I was told they are all the same age... So from the date I was given they're about 1 month 2.5 Weeks old.

The first two look like little roos (big, red combs for their age), the third and fourth pullets.

Yes... See I definitely think the first is a roo... The second I am not all that sure of... The mannerisms and posture say different .. Hmm

First and second are roos. I don't care what mannerisims it has, that huge red comb at this age says roo.
