Breed and gender?

I’ve had this bird from two days post hatch. Currently 9.5 weeks. All pics are the same bird taken two days apart. Can you help me identify the breed, and gender?

Not sure what breed so hopefully someone else can help but looks like a pullet to me. The comb is very small for a roo.

Though the tail does look slightly like a cockerel so maybe i’m not 100% sure?

Looks like a pullet to me.. but then I saw what possibly could be saddle feathers or maybe just the position it’s held? And also those pesky pea and rose combs always stump me

Lol! That’s why I couldn’t tell! I’m really hoping pullet because it’s my favorite!

Yes, single comb. What are your indicators of roo?

Bright comb and the bits of red on the wings. I’m still unsure of breed, wrong leg colour for a Marans. Australorps and Jersey Giants don’t usually have leakage...
